Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES).

Prices may exclude:

• Value Added Tax (VAT);
• delivery charges;
• installation fees; or
• other applicable costs,

which shall be disclosed before confirmation of the order.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing contained in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, No. 46 of 2012, or any other applicable law.

Where goods supplied are defective, not of acceptable quality, or do not correspond with the agreed specifications, consumers shall be entitled to the remedies provided by Kenyan law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds shall be handled in accordance with applicable Kenyan law and our Returns Policy.

Custom-manufactured or bespoke furniture produced to customer specifications may not be eligible for return solely due to a change of preference, except where otherwise required by law.
